Welcome to the Belleau Lake Property Owners Association Website!

This site has been designed to assist both prospective and current residents in discovering more about Belleau Lake and the supporting Association (BLPOA). Belleau Lake is entirely surrounded by private property, which means there is no public access to the lake, its beaches, recreation areas, or roads. These amenities are maintained through the dues collected from BLPOA Members.

Some selections in the menu bar at the top of our pages will offer additional options to click when hovered over, while others require a click to open directly. Each will lead you to pages with more information. We have dedicated sections for realtors and new owners, and we encourage you to explore them if you fit into either category. Our website also includes pages with the names and email addresses of BLPOA Officers Directors, as well as a section for road-related issues (such as snow plowing, grading, culverts, etc.) and a General Information page for any other inquiries. The BLPOA invites you to explore our entire site.

Most of the approximately 8 miles of association roads are unpaved, but all have a posted 15 MPH speed limit to ensure the safety of our residents and to reduce dust and erosion. Unpaved roads in particular can face challenges from rainwater and snowmelt runoff, a free permit from the BLPOA is required before creating new or modifying existing driveways connecting to any association road.
