Welcome to the Belleau Lake Property Owners Association Website!

This site has been designed to assist both prospective and current residents in discovering more about Belleau Lake and the supporting Association (BLPOA). Belleau Lake is entirely surrounded by private property, which means there is no public access to the lake, its beaches, recreation areas, or roads. These amenities are maintained through the dues collected from BLPOA Members. There are two association membership meetings each year. They typically take place on the Saturday morning after Memorial Day Weekend and the Saturday morning before the Labor Day Weekend. Both meetings are posted frequently and announced well in advance in our private Facebook group, email system and in this website's calendar pages.

This site offers multiple selections in the menu bar that appears at the top of our pages. Each offers additional options to click when hovered over and others require a click to open directly. Each will lead you to pages with additional information. We have dedicated sections for realtors and new owners, and we encourage you to explore them if you fit into either category. Our website also includes pages with the names and email addresses of BLPOA Officers and Directors, as well as a section for road-related issues (such as snow plowing, grading, culverts, etc.) and a General Information page for any other inquiries.

Most of the approximately 8 miles of association roads are unpaved, but all have a posted 15 MPH speed limit to ensure the safety of our residents and to reduce dust and erosion. Because unpaved roads in particular can face challenges from rainwater and snowmelt runoff, a free permit from the BLPOA is required before creating new or modifying existing driveways connecting to any association road.
